Sixth Form Pastoral Support Officer
37 hours per week, TTO + 5 days
Salary Range C1 £19,038- £21,019
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding, highly motivated, enthusiastic and innovative Sixth Form Pastoral Support Officer to join our growing, dynamic and supportive school. We are looking for an individual who will take responsibility for the pastoral welfare of our sixth form students and ensure effective communication with their parents/carers is in place in order to engage them as key stakeholders in their child’s educational experience.
The successful candidate will support the Sixth Form team in all elements of their administration and communication with parents/carers. You will work with parents/carers to ensure you resolve any initial conflict and work with students to ensure that they are fully prepared for their learning, dealing with minor incidents where students fail to meet sixth form expectations. You will support Super Tutors and all members of the Sixth Form team in their roles.
