Salary Range C1 12-17 £20,554 – £22,525

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding, highly motivated, enthusiastic and innovative cover supervisor to join our growing, dynamic and supportive school. You will be a strong, ambitious team player who is passionate about supporting young people to enjoy and succeed in their school life.
You will be joining an established team with an experienced manager who will offer full classroom management training. You will be organised, reliable and committed to working with staff and students in order to support their development and achievement.
You will receive access to CPD, 1-2-1 meetings and wellbeing support.
We are a beacon school for Health and Wellbeing and are Mindmate friendly.
This role could be an excellent way to launch any career in education. You will receive a valuable insight into children’s behaviour and pedagogical approaches and an opportunity to observe student development and progression.
