Exam Centre

Horsforth School is an exam centre, but we only accept private candidates with a proven link to our school or those who live or work in the LS18 Horsforth area.

If you meet these criteria, please complete the form opposite and someone will contact you. You will need your UCI number and full details of the exams you wish to sit to complete this form.

Once you have been registered as a candidate, you will be sent details of the fees payable. There will be a £30 administration fee per candidate. All other fees will be as published by the awarding organisations.

Where individual invigilation or special exam access arrangements are required, additional invigilation costs may be charged. These will be discussed and agreed with you in advance of the exam period.

On payment of the fees, you will also need to provide photographic ID in the form of a passport or driving licence. A copy of this ID will be taken to satisfy the awarding organisations’ requirement for verification of a candidate’s identity.
